I somehow always loved to travel by train. The cosy feeling you get...Like a baby lullabied into sleep on its grandmother's knees. Or like a drowsy afternoon spent in a dusty old rocking chair on a Texas porch, your crooked straw hat leaning sluggishly on the side.
Pressing your nose against the fingerprint-riddled glass.
Oh, and the meager cars, with their battered couches, reeking of ancient dust.
There are still many rocking cars songs I dream of singing, places to conquer, and remote feels to grow. There is a lifetime of this to go through. And a world of rocking to go with it, for the flavor.
